Internet Wars: New Bill H.R.1981, SOPA and PIPA's Evil Cousin

SOPA's defeat this past Friday in Congress and after massive protests  took place on Wednesday in opposition of both bills that would censor the internet similar to China, is not the end of the War against the Internet. Thanks to the massive protest over a 162 million people viewed Wikipedia's Anti-SOPA message and Google collected 7 million petition signatures in opposing both SOPA (Stop Online Privacy Act) and PIPA (Protect IP Act), but new legislation has been introduced by Senator Lamar Smith, the same guy who introduced SOPA to limit the free flow of information. H.R. 1981, or " Protecting Children From Internet Pornographers ACT 2011", is using The Fight against Child Pornography to severely censor the internet here in the U.S. The Legislation Bill if passed, would allow your internet service provider to track your credit card purchases or your online banking activity among other things, through storing your IP info and your search history for 18 months at a time. We won the battle this past Friday to save the Internet, but now we must keep fighting and win the  war!

STOP SOPA: Google decides to Join Online SOPA Protest.

Zach Carter of the Huffington Post Reports  that Google has joined the 7,000 other websites which include Big Players on the internet like Wikipedia, Reddit, Mozilla, and WordPress in solidarity in protesting The STOP Online Privacy Act on Wednesday. The Bill would severely Censor the Internet in the United States similar to what the Chinese Government has implemented in China. Free Speech Activist fear that this bill  if passed, would basically destroy the very function the internet provides, the free flow of information. Movie Studio's and Major Record Labels are spearheading the bill with support. If SOPA passes Congress, we will be entering into new territory, where freedom of speech has essentially been dismantled along with Congress and The Obama Administration's passage of the NDAA or National Defense Authorization Act, which basically ends the Bill of Rights as we know it.

Police State Watch: Occupy LA protester arrested at Art Walk for alleged "Lynching"

Sergio Ballesteros, an Occupy Los Angeles protester who had previously appeared on a National Television program on  MSNBC,  was arrested for "Lynching" at the Art Walk this past Thursday, January 12th according to LAist.com.

Ballesteros was arrested when the LAPD, who were monitoring a crowded sidewalk, swarmed and arrested a drummer for stepping off the curve. The LAPD then knocked to the ground and arrested Ballesteros and his girlfriend, when the crowd reacted to the incident.

In the article by LAist, A Lawyer advising Occupy LA, Sue Basko, believes Ballesteros did not engage in "Lynching" and was the target of the Police for his appearance on National Television arguing in support of the Occupy Movement.

This again is another incident that is evidence of the Police State our U.S. Government has been running for quite some time. If we don't act now, the Global Elite which include the Mega banks and their Puppets in Washington will soon have their New World Order, a World Government that will enslave all of us. We need to wake up as Americans, as a World, as Humans and fight for our human rights. We must end the Tyranny.

Here is Video of the Incident:

B. Dolan- Film the Police

Inspired by NWA's "Fuck the Police" B. Dolan and Strange Famous Records recorded the song "Film the Police". Here is the video for "Film the Police" by B. Dolan featuring Toki Wright, Jasiri X, Buddy Peace and Sage Francis to speak up against Police brutality and inspired by the protest/Occupy movements around the world and the tragic death of Oscar Grant in Oakland by the Oakland P.D.
REMEMBER WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO FILM THE POLICE IN A PUBLIC SPACE! STOP THE POLICE STATE THAT HAS ENGULFED ARE COUNTRY AND THE WORLD!

The Inspiration for the the name of this blog. KsE- In the Unblind

So here is a YouTube Clip of the song that inspired the name of my blog "The Unblind" :

Lyrics:

Separation from the faceless majority
Step on the outside
Look on the inside
Tear tear it apart
A prisoner only in your own mind

Individuality will bring you life
Its time to rise above to freedom

So much love
So much love lost
What have we
What have we become

Rise against the opression
Resist and question

Separation from the faceless majority
Step on the outside
Look on the inside
Tear tear it apart
A prisoner only in your own mind

Individuality will bring you life
Its time to rise above to freedom

So much love
So much love lost
What have we
What have we become

Rise against the opression
Resist and question

Burn the system
Kill the system
Burn the system
Kill the system

Kill the mindstate of indifference
Step into the unblind
Reclaim your life

Burn the system
Kill the system
Burn kill burn kill
Reclaim your life
